Bring a Simplify mindset to your company

Complexity is costing your organization time, focus, and performance.

Simplify gives your people a shared method for deciding what's worth doing, and gives your managers a system for running leaner, more focused teams.

We have three ways to bring a Simplify mindset in, built to go from a single session for any employee to a transformational two-day program for managers.

Simplify Fundamentals

To simplify at scale, your organization needs a shared way of thinking about radical simplicity.

The problem: we're drowning in complexity. AI hasn't eased this; it's mass-producing more options, drafts, and decisions than anyone can process, and the average worker is already losing a quarter of the workweek to wasted meetings and tasks.

The solution: deciding what's worth doing. Machines can execute almost anything now, but only people can decide what's worth executing. That judgment call runs on three simple tools: Confront, Delete, Amplify.

Confront: identifying your North Stars in work and outside of it. Before changing anything, participants pause on habits they've never questioned, like the recurring meeting or the report nobody reads, and ask why they're doing it and whether it would matter even if done well.

Delete: decluttering your schedule. The two tools are "no" and "delete." Participants build a kill list of meetings, reports, and tasks that add no value, then put hard limits on the length or frequency of what survives.

Amplify: making daily time for what matters. Once the clutter's gone, the goal isn't balance, it's obsession. Participants pick the one or two things they're genuinely great at and protect daily time to do more of it.

AI as your Chief Simplicity Officer: how to make AI your tireless simplify. Used right, AI becomes a partner for all three tools: a mirror for confronting habits, a filter for deleting noise, a force multiplier for amplifying strengths. Used wrong, it just generates more noise to wade through.
