Roy is CEO of Axios HQ and Smart Brevity, and a co-founder of Axios, where he ran company strategy and business operations. Before that he was chief revenue officer at Politico. He was executive producer of the Emmy Award-winning series Axios on HBO, and he closed the $525 million acquisition of Axios by Cox Enterprises. DCInno named him one of its 50 on Fire in marketing and advertising, and FOLIO named him a Corporate Catalyst. He co-authored Smart Brevity and Simplify.
